Fiber Laser
We've added a second laser to our business. Our first laser (shown above) is a CO2 with a bed size of 24" X 40" and an almost unlimited Z height. This is our second laser. It is a fiber laser and has a 12" x 12" working area. It can engrave into metal and has incredible detail and speed on smaller items. This new addition will allow us to increase production. UV Laser
We acquired our third laser in April of 2024, which is a UV laser. This machine absolutely excels at glass work and fine details. It has a bed size of approximately 12"x12". It is so detailed that someone once engraved on a grain of rice! Under a microscope is was completely legible.
Colored UV
The coolest addition to our machines would be the colored UV printer. It allows us to put full colored images on different objects. Some items being tumblers, leatherette for hats, golf balls, and so much more. This machine is perfect if you have a colored image or logo that you would like put on to an item.
Bambu Lab 3D Printer
We added a 3D printer to help with our lasering. We use it to help make fixtures for odd shaped glasses, cups, or bulk orders, but we can also make anything you need 3D printed. It is capable of printing in 4 colors as well as many different materials including flexible and carbon fiber filled.
